Introducing the AXN Guitars SunsetStrip Model 2. For those of you that have been following me through the evolution of these AXN Guitars you know I’m sincere.

Where others are just running through the motions of manufacturing guitars I am giving my Life , my Love, and myself completely to Create something quite different. I’ve spared no expense on these luthier grade guitars. Yes we are manufacturing these guitar from prime woods and top shelf hardware. I look at this as much more than just woodworking. It the creation of something meaningful and tangible.

Through years of preparation and perspiration I’ve positioned AXN Guitars as functional art. In all honesty nothing plays better or sounds more RockNRoll than this LIPS AXN SunsetStrip Model 2 and it’s brothers and sisters. That is because I started with the designs.

I initially wanted everything I preferred in a guitar that fit the style that I grew up with. Funny enough the bands that I love and the guitar players that I grew up trying to emulate were playing guitars that look sort of like these AXNs. In addition the music I gravitated towards was RockNRoll played with swagger through a Marshal Plexi amp.

The percieved problem was that I could never purchase the guitars my heros played. The actual instruments used by them were custom made “one-offs” made from great woods and materials. Theirs were modified for the real environment they performed in which was usually arenas. Even today the big name brands even the smaller brands are high volume producers. You know this and I know this. Creativity lost. Individuality is lost completely in that process.

Soi here I am… a small shop manufacturing often one-guitar-at-a-time for other guitar player guys that want the same thing… a perfect handmade “custom shop” or …actual true “custom”. A perfect instrument made from perfect woods and perfect hardware with perfect pickups that is a visually perfect RockNRoll electric guitar… in their eyes.
